Lowongan Kerja Construction Manager(CON-MGR)

The Construction Manager will be responsible for construction of multi projects/ installations of greenhouse gas digesters in compliance with CDM requirements in Indonesia. This will includes palm oil mills, swine farms and other agricultural systems that require emission reduction services

This position reports to Country Manager and Regional Operations, Maintenance & Monitoring Manager

As such, you are expected to have at least the following qualifications and experiences:

a.. S-1 in ENGINEERING from reputable universities, any major
b.. Minimum 10 years hands-on in construction environment
c.. Minimum the last 5 years serving as Construction Manager or equivalent
d.. Excellent understanding of engineering, architectural, and other construction drawings
e.. flexible and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
f.. decisive and able to work well under pressure, particularly when faced with unexpected occurrences or delays
g.. ability to coordinate several major activities at once, while analyzing and resolving specific problems
h.. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal skills.
i.. Working knowledge of computers like Microsoft Projects, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
j.. Frequent duty travel (sometimes for a long time) throughout Indonesia is expected
k.. English mastery is a must

The amendment was approved by the Provincial Government of DKI Jakarta through the Jakarta Provincial Regulation No. 1 / 1999 dated February 1, 1999 with the deed made by and before notary Harun Kamil, SH, No. 4 dated May 6, 1999 and was approved by the Minister of Justice by the Decree No. C-8270.HT.01.01.Th. 99 dated May 7, 1999. June 4, 1999, published in the State. 45, Supplement. 3283.

The scope of its activities is to conduct general banking activities. On November 30, 1992, the Bank obtained a license to conduct activities as a Foreign Exchange Bank by decree of the Board of Directors of Bank Indonesia. 25/67/KEP/DIR. In March 2004, the Bank commenced its operations based on sharia principles based on Bank Indonesia No.6/39/DpbS Letter, dated January 13, 2004 on the principles of sharia branch offices of Bank in its commercial activities.

Articles of Association have been amended several times, and most recently by Deed. 101 which is made by and before the Notary Ny Poerbaningsih Adi, SH, Notary in Jakarta on September 28, 2007 on Capital Increase Base became Rp1.500.000.000.000 and paid-in capital increase that was approved by the Minister of Justice and Human Rights Republic of Indonesia under No. . C-04111.HT.01.04 of 2007 dated November 22, 2007.

Based on the results of the General Meeting of Shareholders April 26, 2010, Structure of the shareholders of Bank DKI today is 99.83% (Rp610.159.000.000) is owned by the Provincial Government of DKI Jakarta, while 0.17% (Rp1.000.000.000) is owned by PD Pasar Jaya.

First field planting within the Sampoerna Agro Group was through PT Aek Tarum in 1989. It was followed by the establishment of PT Sampoerna Agro Tbk (previously named as PT Selapan Jaya) in 1993 to operate oil palm plantations in South Sumatra region. Currently, PT Sampoerna Agro Tbk together with its subsidiary companies (“the Company”), is one of the leading producers of palm oil and palm kernel in Indonesia. The Company is also one of the few oil palm seed producers in Indonesia that received license from the Indonesian Ministry of Agriculture to produce and sell oil palm seeds to third parties.

As of 31 December 2010, total planted area of its nucleus and plasma estates in Sumatra region consists of 60,228 hectares of matured palms and 17,636 hectares of immature palms. While in Kalimantan, which includes the ones under partnership (kemitraan) scheme, consists of approximately 13,272 hectares of matured palms, and 11,643 hectares of immature palms.

Within the same period, the Company manages nucleus estates of about 58,095 hectares while plasma and kemitraan estates under guidance are about 44,684 hectares. The Company has six POMs, of which five are situated in Sumatra and one in Kalimantan. The POMs in Sumatra have a total capacity to produce 380 tons of fresh fruit bunches (“FFB”) per hour, whereas the POM in Kalimantan has a capacity to produce 75 tons of FFB per hour.

One of the Company’s subsidiaries, PT Binasawit Makmur (“BSM”) produces and sells six varieties of high quality oil palm seeds with diverse genetic origins which are derived from 225 set of dura families and 50 pisifera families.

 a. Warga Negara Republik Indonesia.
 b. Beriman dan bertaqwa kepada Tuhan Yang Maha Esa.
 c. Setia kepada Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia yang berdasarkan Pancasila dan Undang-Undang Dasar tahun 1945.
 d. Umur pada saat masuk pendidikan tanggal 5 Nopember 2012 tidak kurang dari 18 tahun dan tidak lebih dari 22 tahun.
 e. Sehat jasmani dan rohani serta tidak berkacamata.
 f .Tidak sedang kehilangan hak menjadi prajurit berdasarkan putusan pengadilan yang telah memperoleh kekuatan hukum tetap.

2. PERSYARATAN LAIN.
 a. Pria/Wanita, bukan anggota/mantan prajurit TNI/Polri atau PNS TNI
 b. Lulusan SMA/MA/SMK/SPK atau yang setara baik negeri atau swasta yang disamakan/terakreditasi.
 c. Belum pernah kawin dan sanggup tidak kawin selama dalam pendidikan pertama dan 2 tahun setelah diangkat menjadi serda.
 d. Memiliki tinggi badan sekurang-kurangnya 165 Cm untuk pria dan 160 Cm untuk wanita serta memiliki berat badan seimbang menurut ketentuan yang berlaku.
 e.Bersedia menjalani Ikatan Dinas Pertama (IDP) selama 10 tahun.
 f. Bersedia ditempatkan diseluruh wilayah Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia.
 g.Harus ada surat persetujuan dari orang tua/wali. Bagi calon yang menggunakan wali agar diisi keterangan sesuai dengan yang menjadi wali yaitu : Bapak tiri/Kakak/Paman/Bibi dengan meneliti KTP orang tua/wali (sesuai Surat Keputusan Panglima TNI Nomor Skep/57/II/2003 tanggal 24 Februari 2003).

Badan Narkotika Nasional Tahun Anggaran 2012 akan menerima pendaftaran Calon Pegawai Negeri Sipil di lingkungan Badan Narkotika Nasional, dengan ketentuan sebagai berikut :

1. Calon pelamar di seluruh Indonesia wajib melakukan pendaftaran secara online ke alamat website http://cpns.bnn.go.id

a. Calon Pelamar Formasi BNN Pusat.

Calon Pelamar mendaftar melalui website, setelah mengisi form registrasi yang telah tersedia maka pelamar dapat mencetak tanda bukti pendaftaran.
Tanda bukti pendaftaran dan lamaran lengkap dikirim ke Kantor BNN – Biro Kepegawaian dan Organisasi Settama Jl. MT. Haryono No. 11 Cawang Jakarta Timur.
