Responsibilities:

  • Distribute materials from Store to WIP, within WIP and finished products from WIP to Store to provide timely support for Production schedule
  • Identify potential material shortages that will impact production schedule and coordinate with Material Planner, Production Planner and Production to maintain schedule adherence.
  • Identify opportunities and suggest engineering solutions which directly improve process/product quality. Examples: Kit Trolley, Baskets, Staging etc.
  • Monitor WIP Quality and provide timely feedback to QA, Production, Engineering and Material where appropriate to ensure minimal downtime and initiate corrective action.
  • Reporting scrap and shrinkage to ensure production are alerted to problem areas.
  • Conduct material audit and liaise with engineering on yield variances to ensure accurate future purchases are made.
  • Implement, audit and maintain systems / procedures to ensure compliance with GMP / EHS Standards.


Requirements:

Berkat kepercayaan yang tinggi dari masyarakat maupun mitra usaha, pada tahun 1986 para anggota perkumpulan BAPEMIL membentuk PT Bank Tabungan Pensiunan Nasional dengan izin usaha sebagai Bank Tabungan dalam rangka memenuhi ketentuan Undang-undang Nomor 14 Tahun 1967 tentang Pokok-Pokok Perbankan untuk melanjutkan kegiatan usaha BAPEMIL. Sebagai Bank Swasta Nasional yang semula memiliki status sebagai Bank Tabungan kemudian berganti menjadi Bank Umum pada tanggal 22 Maret 1993, Bank BTPN memiliki aktivitas pelayanan operasional kepada Nasabah, baik simpanan maupun pinjaman. Namun aktivitas utama Bank BTPN adalah tetap mengkhususkan kepada pelayanan bagi para pensiunan dan pegawai aktif, karena target market Bank BTPN adalah para pensiunan.

Dalam rangka memperluas kegiatan usahanya, Bank BTPN bekerja sama dengan PT Taspen, sehingga Bank BTPN tidak saja dapat memberikan pinjaman dan pemotongan cicilan pinjaman, tetapi juga dapat melaksanakan “Tri Program Taspen”, yaitu Pembayaran Tabungan hari Tua, Pembayaran Jamsostek dan Pembayaran Uang Pensiun.

Terhitung tanggal 12 Maret 2008 Bank BTPN telah listing di Bursa efek Jakarta (BEJ) dan resmi menyandang gelar tbk (terbuka). Dan pada tanggal 14 Maret 2008, Texas Pacific Group (TPG)resmi mengakuisisi saham Bank BTPN sebesar 71,61%. Sehingga susunan pemegang saham menjadi TPG 71,61%, masyarakat 27,39% dan PT. MKM. 1 %

  3. TATA CARA PENDAFTARAN
    Persiapan Sebelum Mengajukan Lamaran
    1. Proses awal registrasi lamaran melalui situs http://www.rekrutmenpusri.com. Proses ini dilakukan sepenuhnya oleh pelamar. Untuk mengurangi kesalahan, pelamar dihimbau untuk mempersiapkan seluruh data dan dokumen pendukung yang diperlukan.
    2. Untuk menghemat waktu akses, sebelum mengisi formulir lamaran ini pastikan bahwa Anda telah menyiapkan data-data yaitu :

  • In charge of financial statements under the principle of CAS and Local financial reports under the principle of Indonesia
